




Job Summary: This professional will contribute to asset protection through access control, inspection, and receipt of materials and correspondence. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor truck traffic and inspect invoices **Mission:** Contribute to asset protection by controlling access for people and vehicles, as well as controlling the entry and exit of materials, equipment, and products, based on invoice verification. Inspect, observe, and guide people entering and exiting; receive, identify, and direct them to their intended recipients. Receive correspondence and forward it to the protocol department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for people and vehicles, as well as the entry and exit of materials, equipment, and products; * Inspect and verify invoices and supporting documents accompanying materials entering and leaving the facility; * Dispatch mail pouches and/or samples to various departments. * Ensure that all individuals and vehicles entering the unit are registered at reception points; * Control and monitor truck queues entering and exiting the factory, ensuring continuous and organized vehicle flow; prevent truck shortages or excessive queue formation that could cause congestion on external public roads. **Key Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; * Prior experience in this field required; * Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule; * Full-time on-site availability at the industrial complex.
