Focused on innovation, it provides services aimed at sustainability and cost reduction for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Lead teams in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of products, machinery, or structures, ensuring achievement of targets, compliance with safety regulations (PPEs/occupational safety) and quality standards. Plan schedules, interpret technical drawings, and manage material and tool usage on the factory floor or at field sites. Position based in Rondonópolis / MT. Previous experience as an Assembly Supervisor, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Team Leader, or Assembly Head may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
