Your next challenge could be here! ✨ **Position:** Junior Occupational Safety Technician **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Primavera do Leste or Rondonópolis **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) What You’ll Do Here: * Compliance Management: Monitor administrative and operational activities to ensure all technical documentation strictly complies with safety requirements. * Field/Office Inspection: Ensure processes comply with regulatory standards (NRs), current legislation, and Rumo’s specific internal procedures. * Occupational Health Management: Manage and schedule admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations (PCMSO), ensuring team members are fit for their assigned duties. * PPE and Uniforms Control: Manage inventory, distribution, and proper completion of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniform records. * Training Monitoring: Track mandatory training matrices, ensuring staff recertification and ongoing capability development. * Risk Prevention: Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose continuous improvements to occupational safety practices. Requirements: * Reside in Rondonópolis or Primavera do Leste * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in this role.
