If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and embark on this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily revenue tracking, * Follow-up and collection of consultant returns, * Tracking of open quotations, * Reporting status of pending merchandise deliveries, * Training the sales team (internal processes), * Customer service (entering quotations and generating sales orders), * Monthly client visit schedule, * Recording payments payable and receivable, * Bank reconciliation, bank statements, cash composition, and cash cover, * Credit card settlement and reconciliation, * Opening tickets to register suppliers, * Sending e\-mails to Customer Service and Collections (Portador X05 X03\), * Opening tickets for fiscal entries \| transmission adjustments \| invoice issuance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience providing services and serving customers (both internal and external); * Experience with the Protheus system is considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits; * Life insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday day off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunity aligned with your delivery speed. **We are the national reference** for heavy and agricultural machinery parts, with over 30 years of history.
