Description

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access, logging incidents, organizing onboarding activities, and safeguarding security and company assets, in accordance with corporate regulations and procedures. Focus on safety regulations and procedures **Description:** High school diploma required; Vigilante training course preferred; Control entry of machinery and equipment; Register companies and contractors in the system; Coordinate, together with occupational safety, onboarding activities for third-party companies; Submit weekly report on active personnel at the construction site during the previous week; Submit monthly report on the number of third-party personnel and machinery that provided services at the construction site; Log visitor entries and exits; Control entry and exit of employees and third-party personnel outside regular hours; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor; Perform job responsibilities while strictly adhering to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through sustained organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor; Inspect trucks awaiting their INVOICES for billing, verifying truck hatches and seals, ensuring everything is in order before releasing them for transport of ethanol, crude corn oil, and DDGS; In case of discrepancies found on a truck, notify the billing department to issue a correction letter for the INVOICE; In the event of any incident, respond on-site to monitor the situation and subsequently issue an incident report, which is emailed to all stakeholders involved in the affected area; Manage and distribute keys and lockers in changing rooms; Perform job responsibilities while strictly adhering to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
