Focus on safety, productivity, and service quality We are seeking a MACHINE OPERATOR I to perform essential activities in the fertilizer loading process, both in warehouses and in dedicated operational areas. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Loading products in masonry warehouses and dedicated warehouses, ensuring proper segregation and material handling according to logistics department instructions; * Operating loading equipment including HIGHTIP and fixed bucket, ensuring accuracy and safety during fertilizer handling; * Performing pile breaking and rebuilding of fertilizer stacks to facilitate loading and optimize utilization of stored product; * Loading hoppers, controlling flow and monitoring potential blockages or process failures; * Conducting pre-use equipment checklists, verifying safety items and functionality before starting operations; * Cleaning and performing basic equipment maintenance, preserving machinery condition and preventing operational failures; * Providing general support in organizing loading areas, always focusing on safety, productivity, and service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the role; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Equipment operator certification. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 700.00 per month; * Transportation: Mobility assistance BRL 150.00; * Health plan: Unimed; * Dental plan: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * TotalPass.
