Key Responsibilities: Support leaders in people management routines and team developmentLead recruitment and selection processes (operational and administrative)Monitor admission, onboarding, and offboarding processesAssist in the development and execution of internal training programsManage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)Participate in the implementation of job positions, salary policies, and performance evaluationsCarry out organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and internal marketingEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations Requirements Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fieldsGeneralist HR experience, preferably in the agribusiness sectorKnowledge of labor legislation and HR/Personnel Department practicesExperience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, organizational climate, and performanceIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWillingness to work on-site or in a hybrid model, as per location **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
