Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer attraction and service, negotiation, and portfolio management, aiming to achieve sales targets and support strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Customer attraction and service, with a focus on sales. 2. Daily management of customer portfolio (leads). 3. Supporting the Supervisor in strategic planning. **Job Description** * Ensure execution of internal and external activities and actions to attract new customers to the store; * Present product price lists and discounts, and clarify technical information for customers (as specified in the descriptive memorandum); * Prepare and submit customer registration, following the financial agent's approval standards; * Serve customers in person and via other communication channels, adhering to company-established standards; * Ensure daily management and execution of the customer portfolio (leads), in coordination with Sales Assistants; * Support the Supervisor regarding strategic planning of internal and external actions; * Provide assistance to Correspondents and the Supervisor as needed; * Conduct negotiations and customer service jointly with Sales Assistants; * Achieve product sales objectives according to the monthly target. **Qualifications** Completed high school education (college enrollment in related fields preferred). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and system navigation). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
