Description

Job Summary: Supervise cotton loading, unloading, and internal transportation; coordinate teams and monitor equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate cotton loading, unloading, and transportation operations 2. Lead and train teams, assigning tasks and work schedules 3. Monitor equipment and ensure workplace safety Supervise cotton loading, unloading, and internal transportation. Organize cargo placement to optimize space and facilitate access. Maintain inbound and outbound goods records, verifying invoices and transportation documentation. Coordinate machine operators, checkers, loading/unloading assistants, and bale beaters, assigning tasks and work schedules. Train staff on safety procedures, proper cotton handling, and equipment usage. Monitor the condition of forklifts, tractors, tank trucks, front-end loaders, brush cutters, hydraulic presses, compressors, motorcycles, Fiat Strada vehicles, and other equipment. Request repairs and preventive maintenance to avoid operational downtime. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, accident prevention, and safe cotton handling. Conduct periodic inspections of the yard and material handling equipment.
