Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services—and we believe we have the best talent to deliver these outcomes. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your new opportunity may be right here.** We are looking for a **Mechanic A** to join the Services team in Rondonópolis/MT.**What is the challenge?** Perform repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment according to your qualifications and level of expertise, strictly adhering to standards and procedures to deliver the machine/equipment to the customer in the most efficient and productive manner; Ensure the machine/equipment operates perfectly after repair, maintenance, and/or inspection, performing alignment and calibration, as well as testing and monitoring its field/large-scale agricultural operation startup; Remain vigilant and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction regarding service and equipment/machine, suggesting preventive maintenance, repairs, and necessary calibrations to the customer for improved performance and productivity, executing them only upon formal approval from the coordinator and the customer; Conduct technical handover of the equipment you are certified to handle, strictly following—at minimum—the items on the checklist, collecting the customer’s signature on the pre-delivery, delivery, and warranty booklet checklists, as well as on the Field Report; Carry out mandatory equipment inspections for which you are certified, strictly following—at minimum—the items on the checklist, collecting the customer’s signature on the inspection checklist and inspection receipt, as well as on the Field Report; Complete the Field Report, detailing all performed services while ensuring data consistency with the Service Order, and collect the customer’s signature upon job closure for required recordkeeping and process continuity; Perform loading and unloading of Agricultural Machinery, verifying the machine’s and its equipment’s condition using a checklist and immediately reporting any non-conformities to the warranty department; Assemble, disassemble, transport, and clean machinery and equipment for events, trade fairs, exhibitions, or whenever requested; Develop the assistant by mentoring and guiding during task execution;**What do we expect from you?** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Technical training courses relevant to the role; Knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems specific to the brand’s machinery; Understanding of service processes, parts and their applications, installation, and adjustments; Driver’s License – Category B.**What will you find?** Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Day Off; Partnership with FATEC MT (25% discount on tuition fees for employees and dependents). ***If you are a Person with Disability (PCD), please indicate this in your application so we may review your candidacy with appropriate care.*****Ready to embrace a new challenge at Nors and become part of an expanding team?** We count on you!
