While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Perform daily inspections at the designated company unit to analyze potential hazards and non-conformities based on regulations, company procedures, and legal requirements, enabling preventive and corrective actions within the company. * Instruct and guide employees regarding work regulations and procedures, safety concepts, use of safety equipment, safety standards, work procedures, and clarify possible doubts. * Supervise and instruct employees and third parties regarding the necessity and importance of using collective (EPC) and individual protective equipment (EPI). * Participate in service release at the unit, verifying risky activities, defining involved procedures and EPIs or EPCs, ensuring services are performed safely. * Participate in meetings and CIPA elections, proposing discussion topics, contributing to situations and discussions, recording meeting minutes, aiming to comply with relevant legislation. * Participate in identifying hazards and risks to which all workers are exposed, providing information for creating job-specific professional profiles. * Analyze and investigate workplace accidents, conducting interviews with those involved, preparing reports containing root causes, supporting area leadership, suggesting and monitoring implementation of actions to prevent recurrence. * Conduct fire prevention and firefighting activities, maintaining updated documentation and training records for brigade members. * Keep the fire suppression system updated, mapping extinguisher locations and expiration dates, and monitoring work performed by service providers responsible for their maintenance. * Organize SIPATMA activities from planning (dates, activities, speaker contacts, etc.) through closure, as well as participate in events, providing information for employee awareness and engagement. * Prepare/monitor basic safety documents, including PPRA, Environmental Reports (LTCAT), Hazardousness Reports, PCMSO, PPR, PCA, Ergonomic Assessment, PPP, CAT, CIPA, and SESMT. * Manage inventory control of safety equipment and distribution to employees, as well as organize and maintain the Occupational Safety archive. * Contribute to reviewing work procedures or occupational safety regulations. * Prepare technical occupational safety reports. * Lead the development and updating of the Unit's Environmental Risk Prevention Program, validate assessments of safety conditions in work areas, enable measurement of noise, temperature, gas concentration, and document equipment, machinery, and EPIs used in areas. * Conduct internal certification audits to identify anomalies and correct them in preparation for official audits. * Proactively address situations that may pose risks of workplace accidents and/or occupational diseases, proposing solutions to eliminate or control them. * Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, current technical standards, and occupational health and safety legislation. * Respond to internal and external audits conducted at the unit, accompany various inspections, as well as technical expert evaluations arising from labor lawsuits. * Monitor practices and products established in the Bunge Excellence Program (BMOS), within the pillars of Safety and Global Protocols requirements. * Collaborate in projects involving building modifications or new installations from the initial phase, performing risk assessments, proposing preventive actions, and monitoring work until full completion. * Participate in Safety Committee meetings and activities, presenting statistics, indicators, incident analyses, developing alternative plans and their impacts, aiming for continuous improvement and compliance with company safety standards. * Support the development of educational initiatives in occupational health and safety. * Prepare safety statistics and indicators and report them to corporate and other stakeholders according to standard procedures and guidelines. * Archive unit documents and records, performing all necessary updates to ensure compliance with legislation. **Requirements:** * Completed qualification as an Occupational Safety Technician; * Certified and experienced with NR's 33 and 35; * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in the food industry or civil construction sector; * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desirable;
