Perform Operations activities including **loading, dispatch, and truck flow control**, ensuring organization, safety, and operational process continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Manage the truck queue in the yard** and guide proper positioning for loading. * Perform **sealing of tarpaulins and inspect vehicle conditions** using checklists. * **Direct trucks** to the weighbridge and monitor the weighing process. * Maintain vehicle supply for operations, **ensuring continuous inbound and outbound flow**. * **Record incidents and provide support** to drivers during the loading process. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work shifts and in operational environments; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or cargo terminals.
