Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of yellow-line equipment; * Support visual inspections and equipment checklists; * Perform technical cleaning, lubrication, and re-tightening as instructed by the team; * Assist in oil, filter, and basic component replacements; * Support disassembly and assembly under supervision of the responsible mechanic. * Organize tools and parts, and maintain a clean and safe workplace. * Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly. * Support activity documentation when requested. Experience and Qualifications (Desirable — not mandatory) * Interest in learning about heavy machinery maintenance. * Technical course in Mechanics preferred (completed or in progress). * Basic knowledge of hand tools. * Experience in workshops, maintenance, or operational areas is a plus but not required. * Proactive, responsible, organized profile with willingness to learn. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education and Courses * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanics preferred (completed or in progress); * Basic courses in mechanical or diesel maintenance will be considered advantageous. * Willingness to learn and develop in the maintenance field; * Organization and care for tools and workplace; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work well in a team; * Attention to safety and quality procedures. **Additional Information** * Unimed Health Plan (no monthly payroll deduction for the holder — co-payment model); * Bradesco Dental Plan (payroll deduction applies); * Life Insurance; * Corporate University; * TotalPass Gym Membership (optional); * Maternity Kit; * Daycare Assistance (for women); * Transportation: Mobility Assistance; * Meal Allowance.
