Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate cooking pans (automatic or manual), adjusting temperature, vacuum, time, and concentration according to the type of sugar produced; * Monitor the massecuite point (degree of crystallization) through instruments and visual tests, ensuring product standardization; * Control the feeding of cooked massecuite to centrifuges according to instructions; * Monitor process parameters (pressure, temperature, brix, purity) and record operational data in spreadsheets or systems; * Perform corrections and adjustments as needed, ensuring efficiency and stability of the production process; * Assist in operational maneuvers during startup and shutdown of cooking cycles, stops, and batch changes; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the area, keeping equipment and instruments in proper working condition; * Report anomalies, mechanical failures, or quality deviations to the immediate supervisor; * Comply with safety, environmental, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) regulations throughout the entire operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High School Diploma; * Experience in sugar manufacturing, particularly in cooking stages, is desirable; * Knowledge of centrifuge operation; * Availability to reside in Rondon - PR. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Group Life Insurance; * Meals at Company Restaurant (depending on work area); * Employee Association; * Lease-to-own Housing (available at certain units); * Incentive Program; * Food allowance.
