Join this Team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Deliver practical and theoretical training for agricultural machinery operators, truck drivers, and support teams, ensuring correct execution of procedures; * Monitor and guide field operations, ensuring compliance with technical standards, productivity targets, and quality requirements established by the mill; * Conduct operator evaluations and identify needs for retraining and continuous improvements in operational processes; * Prepare training reports and records, contributing to the monitoring of operational indicators and team development. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in operating Harvesters, Tractors, Transports, and trucks; * Practical knowledge of routine inspections, fault identification, and application of basic maintenance procedures; * Ability to conduct tests and deliver practical and theoretical training, develop technical content, and provide retraining for operators and drivers; * Knowledge of NR 31.12; * Class D driver's license (CNH D); * Willingness to reside in Rondon-PR; **Additional information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Meals at the Company Restaurant (according to work area); * Employee association; * Housing under lease agreement (available for some units); * Incentive program; * Food allowance.
