Join this team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise mechanized and manual operations such as cultivation, fertilization, spraying, vinasse application, and weed and pest control; * Plan and execute cultural practices in sugarcane areas according to the crop development stage and agricultural schedule; * Monitor soil fertility and nutrition, defining and supervising planting and top-dressing fertilizations; * Develop and manage the agricultural budget, ensuring efficient resource use and achievement of cost-per-hectare targets; * Coordinate field teams, operators, and supervisors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality in operations; * Monitor agricultural performance indicators (operational efficiency, fuel consumption, cost/ha, TCH, etc.); * Ensure proper application of pesticides and fertilizers, complying with environmental and safety regulations; * Integrate activities with planting, harvesting, and irrigation departments to promote synergy and better resource utilization; * Implement good agricultural practices (GAP) and support sustainability programs; * Conduct technical and safety training, ensuring compliance with labor and environmental regulations; * Monitor new agricultural technologies, assessing opportunities for innovation, mechanization, and cost reduction. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering; * Experience in sugarcane agronomic management is desirable; * Knowledge and skills in the cultural practices sector; * Knowledge in weed management; * Experience in people, processes, and cost management; * Class B driver's license (CNH B). **Additional information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * On-site restaurant meals (depending on work area); * Employee association; * Lease housing (available at some units); * Performance bonus program; * Food allowance.
