Guides the team, prepares and manages work schedules, overtime, and time off, standardizes procedures, and ensures adherence to timelines—guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, and excellence in customer service. Works in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, good manufacturing practice manuals, standards, and established goals.
