This role involves end-to-end ownership—from building backend APIs and integrations to developing web interfaces for operations, management, and tracking of card customer journeys. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing and maintaining backend applications in Java and web interfaces in React. * Building APIs, services, and integrations with the Dock payment processor and internal systems. * Developing web screens and components for card management, queries, operations, and information tracking. * Implementing business rules related to card products. * Collaborating closely with product, UX/UI, QA, architecture, and business teams. * Supporting technical decisions involving architecture, componentization, integrations, and security. * Performing bug fixes, improvements, and continuous evolution of applications. * Ensuring delivery quality through best practices, testing, and technical documentation. **What you need:** * Experience in backend development using Java. * Knowledge of Spring Boot and REST APIs. * Experience in frontend development using React. * Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. * Experience with relational databases and SQL. * Knowledge of system integrations, API consumption, and exposure. * Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and agile methodologies. * Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and understanding of business rules. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in financial market solutions, credit cooperatives, cards, or payment methods. * Experience with card processors—especially Dock. * Knowledge of card lifecycle journeys—including issuance, credit limits, billing, transactions, disputes, and blocking/unblocking. * Experience with microservices architecture. * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms. * Experience with design systems, reusable components, and UX best practices for operational systems.
