We are looking for a People Management Analyst with a focus on Training \& Development and support for Recruitment \& Selection activities. We seek a proactive, organized professional with genuine interest in talent development who wants to contribute to people’s growth and reinforce a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and results. Main Responsibilities: * Develop, plan, and execute training and development programs, identifying needs, monitoring outcomes, and proposing solutions to strengthen competencies and promote innovation. * Conduct onboarding of new employees, ensuring an effective integration process and follow-up during the probationary period. * Support recruitment and selection processes from initiation through to hiring. * Assist in competency mapping and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees. * Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and manuals, ensuring dissemination of organizational values and culture. * Implement, monitor, and analyze HR metrics, proposing improvements to training and selection processes. * Collaborate on HR projects, promoting initiatives that foster team engagement and motivation. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience in Training \& Development processes. * Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive attitude, and analytical mindset. * Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to change. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies. * Knowledge of Competency-Based HR Management, agile methodologies, and project management. * Interest in metrics and performance indicators for T\&D and R\&S.
