Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO by inspecting components daily and initiating corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational and preventing rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), strictly adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, thereby ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving area productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for assigned tools by using and storing them properly to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects by suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and act preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879641
