Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving and inspecting goods in the warehouse, ensuring product integrity and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for receiving and inspecting goods in the warehouse, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity against invoices (NFs), reporting any anomalies and/or discrepancies to the supervisor, with priority given to trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CDs. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to smooth warehouse operations by opening and closing it according to scheduled hours, organizing the scheduling of goods receipt, inspecting weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity of goods, verifying against invoices (NFs), reporting any anomalies and/or discrepancies to the supervisor, prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CDs; Supervise and guide vehicle maneuvering, as well as loading and unloading of goods; Assist in organizing received goods within the warehouse, moving pallets to designated locations, safeguarding them, and reporting packaging breaches, thefts, or other incidents to store management; Sort and arrange shipment of unsellable items (returns) back to suppliers; Verify invoices (NFs) against purchase orders, checking delivery deadlines and payment terms, entering data into the internal system after sorting, and forwarding them to headquarters; Ensure proper use and maintain an organized workplace and equipment; Assist in related tasks as needed; Request inspection support from butchery and FLV department heads to ensure quality; Requirements Previous experience in this field **Academic Qualification:** Completed High School **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – Basic level **Additional Information:** This position is 100% on-site **Work Location:** R.
