Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing and organizing financial data, supporting consulting activities, and monitoring performance, with a focus on applied financial management. Financial Data Analysis and Organization: * Collect, organize, and update clients' financial information (trial balances, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.); * Support financial performance analysis, identifying variances and improvement opportunities; * Prepare reports and presentations based on the analyses conducted. Consulting Support: * Monitor the development of diagnostics and action plans aimed at improving clients' financial management; * Participate in periodic monitoring of performance results and key indicators; * Assist in implementing simple financial controls and sound management practices. **Neighborhood**: Velha **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and data analysis; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams; * Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn about applied financial management; * Availability for travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience (internship or similar) in financial, accounting, or controller-related tasks; * Familiarity with managerial reports, especially managerial income statements; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI); * Basic knowledge of accounting standards (CPC and IFRS).
