Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure attraction of top talent. - Efficiently perform onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary warning procedures. - Monitor timekeeping records and assist with payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Organize and conduct team meetings to foster interaction and alignment among employees. - Monitor periodic medical examinations, vacations, and other HR administrative tasks, adhering to applicable legislation. - Support people management initiatives to promote a positive and healthy work environment.
