Perform system configuration together with the client. Provide client support during the implementation period. Monitor implementation schedules. Generate execution minutes and develop support materials for clients. On-site work required in Blumenau / SC. Previous experience as an Implementation Assistant, Technical Support Analyst, Integration Coordinator, or Onboarding Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
