We are looking for a **Process Coordinator**, eager to grow and contribute to ensuring end-to-end visibility of Conecta Ads’ processes—guaranteeing standardization, efficiency, quality, and cross-departmental fluidity through mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Map processes:** Identify, map, and analyze existing end-to-end processes by conducting interviews with leaders and teams to uncover gaps, risks, bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for operational improvement, delivering precise technical diagnostics of departmental operations. * **Redesign and standardize processes:** Model new workflows (to\-be) using BPM and Lean tools, proposing solutions for simplification, risk mitigation, standardization, and efficiency gains—ensuring consistent, best-practice-aligned processes. * **Document processes:** Create, update, and organize all process documentation, procedures, and instructions—maintaining governance, clarity, accessibility, and compliance with corporate guidelines. * **Automate processes and support technological initiatives:** Assess automation opportunities, model automation-ready processes, support technology implementations, and ensure appropriate system integrations to enhance operational efficiency. * **Develop and monitor performance indicators:** Define, track, and analyze KPIs; process and validate data; develop executive dashboards and reports to measure productivity, quality, risks, and process adherence. * **Support leaders in departmental structuring:** Partner with leadership to provide diagnostics and recommendations for organizing processes, guiding decisions, and ensuring clarity around priorities, risks, and departmental operations. * **Lead continuous improvement projects:** Lead process improvement initiatives; structure and monitor action plans; apply problem analysis and resolution methodologies; and ensure delivery of tangible, measurable business outcomes. * **Engage cross-functionally across departments:** Ensure operational integration among teams—aligning handoffs, eliminating rework, and guaranteeing fluidity and coherence across workflows connecting different teams. * **Train and support teams:** Plan and deliver training sessions; guide employees on new processes; support adaptation to systems and platforms; and ensure understanding and adoption of implemented changes. * **Maintain process governance and ongoing review:** Establish routine review cycles; update workflows as the business evolves; monitor compliance; and ensure processes remain current and aligned with organizational strategy. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Systems thinking:** Ability to see the big picture, understand interdepartmental impacts, and anticipate side effects of change. * **Data orientation:** Makes decisions based on evidence, metrics, and analysis—avoiding assumptions.
