Job Summary: Professional to work on real estate regularization, construction, and licensing, developing projects and interpreting technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in construction and real estate regularization projects. 2. Collaboration with teams of engineers and architects. 3. Development of projects and application of technical standards. The professional will perform activities in the areas of real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing. **Responsibilities:** Develop construction projects; Prepare and review technical drawings; Collaborate with teams of engineers and architects at various project stages; Interpret technical standards and apply them in developing solutions; Contribute ideas and improvements to project department processes; Provide client support with necessary guidance and explanations related to the area. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Knowledge of Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creativity. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Bonus. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
