Job Summary: A professional to work in the field of real estate regularization, construction, and licensing, assisting in project development and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the development and review of construction projects. 2. Collaborate with engineers and architects at various stages of projects. 3. Contribute ideas and improvements to project department processes. The professional will perform activities related to real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing. **Responsibilities:** Assist in the development of construction projects; Collaborate in the preparation and review of technical drawings; Work collaboratively with engineering and architecture teams at various stages of projects; Assist in interpreting technical standards and applying them to solution development; Contribute ideas and improvements to project department processes; Support client interactions by providing necessary guidance and explanations. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Knowledge of Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creative. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Performance bonus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
