To ensure continuity, evolution, and seamless integration of this platform into the Senior ecosystem, we seek a dedicated leader to guide its modernization, governance, and growth—working closely with Engineering, Product, SRE, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams. Role Mission: Unify Senior’s software engineering platforms to: * Accelerate and simplify development teams’ (Senior devs) work through high levels of automation, observability, and quality; * Deliver robustness, security, and performance/user experience for end users of Senior’s products; * Scale cost-efficiently, with world-class compliance and security governance; * Embed AI (agents for code generation, DevOps, observability/monitoring, testing, and support) across the entire SDLC. Platform Context: * Ecosystem comprising multiple products, requiring multicloud/multi-region architecture, automation and resilience (self-healing), and unified observability; * Rapidly expanding user base (platform usage will grow 10x over the next 4 years), demanding scalability, performance, and high-level governance.
