Because it’s more than a job — it’s a role at Senior. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We have an opportunity for a Process Analyst to drive the organization's process maturity evolution, combining Lean Office, data analysis, and strategic use of AI. This position is critical to strengthening process governance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company's digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct process mapping (AS IS and TO BE); Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) with a focus on waste elimination; Apply Lean concepts for continuous improvement and efficiency gains; Structure root cause analyses (PDCA, A3, 5 Whys); Analyze operational data to support decision-making and prioritization; Build dashboards and process performance indicators; Support automation using low-code and no-code tools; Leverage AI to assist in structuring, analyzing, and improving processes **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Practical experience in Lean Office process mapping and improvement; Experience with Lean Office and Value Stream Mapping; Experience building dashboards; Familiarity with low-code / no-code automation. **WHAT MAY ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** Python applied to data analysis. Use of generative AI applied to processes.
