We seek a professional aligned with our values—committed, results-oriented, and ethically grounded. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist the driver during routes and deliveries to support adherence to scheduled routes and facilitate the overall logistics process. \- Collect materials after refueling (e.g., cones, warning signs) to ensure safe transportation and compliance with legal regulations. \- Verify delivered volumes against documentation to ensure products match customer orders. \- Organize vehicle safety items to facilitate unloading and optimize internal/external space efficiently. \- Support the driver during maneuvers and stops to enhance safety and prevent traffic or delivery-site risks. \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cargo compartment to ensure a suitable environment for material transport. \- Report any incidents occurring during transit or deliveries to the driver or leadership, providing data and information to aid decision-making and alignment with company standards. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Knowledge of transportation and logistics. \- Ability to handle cargo responsibly. \- Ability to read and verify documents such as invoices and delivery manifests. \- Practical knowledge of safety procedures during loading and unloading. \- Familiarity with ERP systems to assist the driver during deliveries **Compensation: R$ 1962,73** **Benefits:** \- Transportation Allowance OR \- Parking \- Meal Voucher: R$48.00 per day \- Food Allowance: R$ 765.00 monthly \- Life Insurance \- Gas Voucher \- Medical Assistance: Unimed with co-payment and 70% monthly premium subsidy \- after probation period \- Pharmacy Partnership with usage-based discount \- after probation period \- PR (Profit Sharing): % as per Collective Bargaining Agreement **Work Location:** Blumenau \- SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday If you consider yourself an initiative-driven professional who adapts well to new situations, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, send us your resume and join our team.
