**Your daily responsibilities:**
* Evaluate process rhythms, methods, and interferences to define standard times and methods.
* Register operations and resources in the corporate system, linking mini-factories, cost centers, and involved departments.
* Review, update, and ensure the integrity of time and operation data.
* Continuously monitor the production process, identifying waste and proposing improvements.
* Collaborate with product development to determine times, methods, and production feasibility.
* Provide technical support to production departments and other supporting areas.
* Participate in training sessions related to new equipment and operations.
* Analyze operations and suggest changes that improve quality, productivity, and flow.
* Support the implementation and sustainability of the Altenburg Management System – LEAN.
* Contribute to lean projects by proposing simple, practical, and efficient solutions.
**Technical Profile:**
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Understanding of product quality.
* Knowledge of processes, products, inputs, and materials.
* Familiarity with inventory and production flow.
* Experience using ERP systems.
* Experience with product quotation.
* Proficiency in time and motion studies.
* Knowledge of industrial productivity.
* Familiarity with generative AI is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
This position is on-site and located at Altenburg Têxtil Ltda's headquarters in Blumenau/SC.
