About Us GTOP is comprised of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities related to selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, adhering to production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets, as well as placing trimmings, fat, and tallow into the collector box for sale to the bone factory; Support efficient customer service by continuously replenishing product display counters and ensuring accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by controlling inventory through frequent stock counts and proper handling and storage of meat; Enhance departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while ensuring the area remains clean and in perfect working condition, following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing items with damaged or expired packaging or lacking identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Ensure organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Av.
