Main Responsibilities Analyze historical sales and consumer behavior of products Conduct demand forecasting to support purchasing planning Monitor inventory turnover and identify restocking opportunities Support store and sales channel replenishment planning Prepare performance reports and product KPIs Analyze collection, category, and commercial campaign performance Collaborate with procurement, commercial, and logistics departments Expected Profile Analytical and data-driven mindset Organized and detail-oriented Proactive in identifying opportunities Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields Experience in sales analysis, inventory management, or demand planning Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency Experience in retail or wholesale is a plus Differentiators Experience in the fashion, apparel, or accessories segment Knowledge of ERP systems or BI tools Experience in purchasing planning and inventory management Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
