Interacting with various departments to align processes Billing Assistant Location: Taquara – RS Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: CLT We are seeking a Billing Assistant to handle the company's administrative and financial routines, ensuring accurate issuance of tax documents and compliance with current legislation. Responsibilities: * Issue electronic invoices for products and payment slips in accordance with current legislation; * Verify orders, contracts, and supporting documents to ensure correct tax issuance; * Monitor payment slips and track receipts jointly with the finance department; * Perform data entries and updates in management systems (ERP); * Support internal and external audits related to billing; * Maintain organized files and records, ensuring tax compliance; * Interact with sales, logistics, and accounting departments to align processes; * Provide support for administrative routines within the finance department. Requirements: * Reside in Taquara or nearby region; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
