




Support the procurement processes of materials and services for a company, performing price quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and tracking deliveries. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, inventory control, product verification, and entering invoices Main activities * **Research and negotiation:** * Conduct price quotations with different suppliers. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. * Identify and register new suppliers. * **Issuance and control:** * Issue purchase orders. * Monitor and track product shipments from suppliers. * Verify the quality of received products by comparing them with purchase orders. * **Administration and recordkeeping:** * Maintain updated inventory records. * Enter purchase invoices. * Schedule payments to suppliers. * Prepare and analyze reports related to purchases made. * **Knowledge required:** Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are necessary. * **Behavioral skills:** * Organization. * Communication skills. * Negotiation ability. * Proactivity. * Analytical and organizational skills. * Emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure situations.
