To sustain our brands and growth, we seek professionals deeply engaged with our business, committed to exceeding expectations of both internal and external customers! **Opportunity** to work as a **Junior Project Analyst** at our **Administrative Center** in **Dois Irmãos/RS.** Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support project planning and execution, adhering to company-defined methodologies and best practices; * Assist in developing and updating schedules, action plans, and activity controls; * Monitor activity progress, identifying deviations in timeline, budget, or scope; * Support performance indicator (KPI) tracking for projects; * Prepare status reports and presentations for project monitoring; * Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation; * Facilitate communication among teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; * Record and track risks, issues, and change requests; * Assist in controlling project costs, contracts, and resources; * Support monitoring meetings by documenting minutes and follow-up actions; * Ensure compliance with project management processes, standards, and policies; * Contribute to continuous improvements in project processes and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * SAP knowledge is considered a plus; * Experience in IT projects; * Completed technical education or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies. **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys debating ideas, and constantly seeks ways to help the company and colleagues evolve.
