Security policy implementation and maintenance **Senior Infrastructure Analyst / Microsoft** We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with expertise in Microsoft environments, responsible for administering, maintaining, and evolving the organization's identity and collaboration services—including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Hyper\-V virtualization infrastructure. Ensure security, availability, access governance, and support for corporate users and systems. Work model: Hybrid – Campo Bom/RS (3 days on\-site \| 2 days remote) **Key Responsibilities** Administer and maintain Active Directory environments (user and group creation, Group Policy Objects) Ensure Active Directory health and integrity (log monitoring, replication, DNS) Manage file infrastructure (documentation, folder and file permissions, DFS replication, quota control) Schedule and execute maintenance windows and apply corrective and security patches Manage identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID, including third\-party application integration, Single Sign\-On (SSO), and SAML/OAuth standards Configure and maintain AD Connect to ensure hybrid environment integration and synchronization (on\-premise MS AD / MS Entra ID) Configure and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Implement and maintain security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust) Monitor logs, audits, and security events related to identity Implement and maintain Remote Desktop Services environment (application virtualization) Administer Hyper\-V virtualization environment Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Provide Level 2/3 support for technology environment incidents Automate processes (PowerShell, scripts) Manage technology vendors and partners to ensure service delivery **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience administering Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, inter\-site replication, FSMO roles, backup and restore) Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, applications, SSO) Management of Microsoft 365 environment Authentication protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth Synchronization tools (Azure AD Connect) Microsoft certifications (AZ\-104, AZ\-500, AZ\-900, SC\-900, etc.) Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Information security applied to identity (IAM) Script development for task automation **Preferred Qualifications** VMware environment knowledge Linux OS knowledge, preferably SUSE Linux Zabbix monitoring environment knowledge Cloud environment experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Networking fundamentals (VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs) **Interested candidates should send CV to:** raquel.oliveira@mbrti.com In the email, please include: Salary expectations Availability to start If you know someone with this profile, please share Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
