Job Summary: Production Operator responsible for operating equipment, feeding production lines, organizing materials, and performing quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area This is a position for a *Production Operator* at a company located in São Francisco de Paula/RS (with transportation provided to Caxias do Sul/RS). *Responsibilities:* * Operate production process equipment and machines; * Feed production lines with raw materials and supplies; * Handle and organize materials; * Conduct visual inspection of products and quality control; * Assist in machine setup and adjustment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area; * Follow operational procedures and safety regulations; * Support other activities related to the production process. *Requirements:* * Completed elementary or high school education; *Schedule:* * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. *Salary:* * R$9.25/hour. *Benefits:* * Meal allowance of R$ 28.35 per business day (10% payroll deduction) via Alelo card; * Chartered transportation to Caxias do Sul with no payroll deduction (30 minutes of daily overtime at 50% rate for commuting); if required, Visate transportation (6% payroll deduction); * Education incentive: 100% company-paid courses in the field of work; * Humana health and dental plan after probation period at 50% coverage (including spouse and children under 18); * Christmas basket.
