You will be responsible for monitoring and reconciling the data integration routines of our customers. Tracking is performed via incoming request queues and daily performance indicators, which signal cases falling outside predefined routines. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitoring and analysis of reconciliation and SLA for integration routines; Monitoring of technical protocol queues; Analysis of trend patterns in request volumes; Tracking process flow and operational improvements; Product implementation meetings with customers; Maintenance/adaptation meetings for the product and new tools; **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); Knowledge of Power BI is desirable; Interest in working with data analysis and process flow improvement; Analytical mindset, attention to detail, sense of urgency, proactive attitude, and dynamism; Knowledge of Postman and API languages is desirable.
