Job Objective: Our team has an exciting opportunity! In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of transactional data in the automotive sector. Our strategic challenge focuses on extracting insights to support the maintenance engineering team. Thus, you will work directly with data tools and play a key role in developing maintenance indicator analyses, using market benchmarks and internal data. Main Responsibilities: * Perform complex queries and analyses using large volumes of data * Simultaneously work on multiple innovation projects, process improvement initiatives, and KPI structuring efforts * Lead projects for new indicators and improvements to existing ones * Support the creation of reports, Power BI dashboards, and executive presentations * Collaborate with multiple business intelligence areas * Ensure data quality, traceability, and consistency of information used Prerequisites: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Data Science, or related fields * Experience handling large volumes of data and extracting relevant insights * Strong analytical capability with experience decomposing complex problems and proposing effective solutions * Power BI Desired Behavioral Traits: * Sense of Urgency: prioritize high-impact deliveries and act swiftly in response to critical demands * Proactivity: seek continuous improvement opportunities and suggest new approaches * Effective Communication: clearly present complex analyses in an accessible manner to diverse audiences * Collaboration: ability to work in teams and co-create solutions across different departments * Adaptability: flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Prior experience in Vehicle Maintenance areas * Experience with SQL and big data environments * Knowledge of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis – Python and/or R * Postgraduate studies in analytical fields Apply now and Vibe with Us!
