




Job Summary: Will support the planning and execution of training, development programs, and recruitment and selection processes, while maintaining updated records. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of controls and preparation of departmental reports **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Support the planning and execution of training and development programs; • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs, capacity-building initiatives, and actions, and organize event logistics; • Participate in the implementation and operationalization of performance evaluations; • Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, feedback provision); • Maintain updated records and support the preparation of departmental reports and indicators; • Contribute to new employee onboarding and integration activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; • Knowledge of Training & Development (T&D) and Recruitment & Selection; • Prior experience in these activities. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Chartered transportation, On-site cafeteria, Health insurance plan, Dental insurance plan, and Attendance Bonus.
