Construction Foreman – Civil Construction – Apucarana/PR – \#1123 **About the opportunity** We are looking for a Construction Foreman to work on civil construction projects in Apucarana/PR. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction execution, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project plans, within established quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations. **Main responsibilities** * Interpret project drawings and plan service execution. * Guide and supervise finishing, masonry, structural, and installation teams. * Define priorities and make operational decisions at the construction site. * Estimate material resources required for activity execution. * Optimize material usage to avoid waste. * Ensure organization and cleanliness at construction sites. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain materials and equipment in good condition. * Monitor and verify the quality of services performed by third parties. **Mandatory requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role. * Experience in vertical construction project cycles. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings. * Experience in team management. * Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts. * Completed high school education. * Intermediate computer skills. * Driver's license category AB. **Job conditions:** CLT employment contract; on-site work model in Apucarana/PR. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary commensurate with the local market.
