Job Summary: The Billing Assistant will be responsible for issuing, verifying, and managing electronic invoices, ensuring fiscal compliance and supporting monthly billing closing. Key Highlights: 1. Support for monthly billing closing **As a Billing Assistant, you will: * Issue electronic invoices according to the transaction; * Verify taxes and commercial terms prior to invoice issuance; * Perform cancellations, correction letters, and reissuances of fiscal documents, as needed; * Monitor invoice rejections and authorizations with SEFAZ; * Ensure accurate fiscal posting in the ERP system; * Support monthly billing closing; * Control and organize fiscal files and billing documents; * Perform other department-related activities of equivalent complexity. **Requirements:** Previous experience in this role is preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress).
