Job Summary: A professional responsible for guiding and controlling the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials on construction sites, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Employee development and supervision * Guide site employees to ensure material receipt, control, and distribution according to planning, quality, safety, and defined deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise employee activities on site; * Control inspection standards for construction inputs, including their planning, storage, and distribution; * Instruct and monitor employees on optimal material storage methods to avoid waste; * Plan, guide distribution, and monitor materials across floors, considering each material's specifications and client changes to achieve optimal performance in site execution; * Monitor material consumption, validate quantities, and report information to supervisors; * Monitor material inventory levels (minimum stock, maximum stock, lead time); * Monitor material and equipment loans between Plaenge Group construction sites; * Arrange cleaning, repair, and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and tools as needed, ensuring normal workflow and operational efficiency; * Guide employees to maintain cleanliness and organization at work areas; * Train, develop, and supervise employee performance; * Perform other related duties or tasks assigned by supervisors; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in civil construction or logistics within other sectors. * Knowledge of civil construction materials will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** Salary + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Totalpass Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
