Support in drafting and reviewing job descriptions #### **About the position:** Will be responsible for supporting the routines and processes of the compensation area, ensuring accurate handling of information and compliance with company-established policies. #### **Main responsibilities:** Support updating and managing the position and salary database; Assist in analyzing and recording salary movements; Support monitoring and verifying variable compensation; Assist in maintaining and organizing departmental reports and indicators; Support drafting and reviewing job descriptions; Perform administrative and operational tasks related to compensation processes; Provide data and conduct research to support departmental analyses and studies. #### **Desired qualifications (preferred):** Completed high school education; Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (preferred); Interest in learning about positions, salaries, and compensation analysis; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency with spreadsheets and numerical data (basic or intermediate Excel); Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
