




Job Summary: Coordinate Lightwall's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes, products, and services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal/external audits. 2. Lead and develop the quality team, promoting a quality culture. 3. Ensure compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement of Lightwall's processes, products, and services, guaranteeing adherence to technical standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations while promoting a quality culture across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the **Quality Management System (QMS)**, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (ISO, PBQP\-H, internal and external audits). * Plan, conduct, and follow up on **internal and external audits**, as well as corrective and preventive action plans. * Develop, review, and maintain **quality procedures, work instructions, and quality indicators**. * Monitor **performance indicators (KPIs)**, analyzing nonconformities, root causes, and proposing improvements. * Manage quality control throughout the production process, incoming raw materials inspection, and finished product inspection. * Ensure traceability and control of quality documents and records. * Support Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and PCP departments in process standardization and improvement. * Coordinate handling of **nonconformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions**. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. * Lead and develop the quality team, delivering training and disseminating the quality culture. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, rework reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed in **Engineering, Quality, Production, Industrial Management, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **coordinating or leading a Quality department**, preferably in an industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of **quality management standards and systems**. * Experience with audits, performance indicators, and nonconformity analysis. * Proficiency in quality tools and intermediate/advanced Excel. **Hard Skills** * Quality Management System (QMS). * Internal and external audits. * Quality tools (PDCA, MASP, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA). * Process control and standardization. * Indicator analysis and technical reporting. * Document management and regulatory compliance. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **industrial or civil construction sector**. * Certifications such as ISO, Internal Auditor, Lean, Green Belt, or similar. * Experience with continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects. * Knowledge of industry-specific technical standards. **Soft Skills** * Technical leadership and influence. * Analytical and systemic thinking. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Data-driven decision-making capability. * Collaborative, results-oriented profile. **?
