Job Summary:
A professional responsible for manufacturing and assembling parts, performing various welding operations and mechanical assembly, ensuring product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Highlights:
1. Welding experience (TIG, MIG, and electric welding) on various materials
2. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
3. Experience in mechanical assembly of shafts, gears, and piping
* Study the part to be manufactured by analyzing the drawing/model, specifications, or other instructions to establish the work sequence;
* Mark dimensions according to the project, adhering to tolerances and notes;
* Perform welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using available processes (TIG, MIG, and electric welding), respecting equipment capacity and strictly following safety regulations;

* Drill holes in parts, weld, rivet, and eliminate imperfections to ensure product quality;
* Assemble shafts, gears, pulleys, chains, belts, bearings, rollers, conveyors, piping, sealing elements, hydraulic components, and pneumatic components;
