Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, organizing, and pricing products in the Refrigerated section, ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Highlights: 1. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands within the Refrigerated section; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the department’s sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands, applying correct pricing, and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses, cold rooms, and freezers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; verifying expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and maintain standard temperature in the freezer chamber, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and maintaining required records; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns/exchanges; Ensure and maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Up-to-date vaccination record **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
