




Job Summary: The employee will be responsible for prospecting and closing enrollments for courses, actively engaging in prospecting new students and following up on leads. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development (80% tuition reimbursement) **Job Objective:** The employee will be responsible for prospecting and closing enrollments for undergraduate, graduate, technical, and professional training courses, actively engaging in prospecting new students and following up on leads until enrollment closure. This position requires direct interaction with clients, both in person and via digital channels, as well as conducting external activities at companies, schools, and events to promote offered courses. **Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new customers, including external visits to companies and schools to present courses and promote enrollments. * Maintain consistent contact with leads via phone, e-mail, and social media, ensuring follow-up until enrollment closure. * Present and explain courses and their benefits to customers, clarify doubts, and provide detailed information. * Close enrollments, managing the entire negotiation process and ensuring sales targets are met. * Participate in events, fairs, and external activities to promote courses and expand the customer base. * Maintain relationships with current and former students, seeking opportunities for enrollment renewal and retention. * Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with contact information, negotiation details, and enrollment status. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). * Prior sales experience, preferably in the educational sector. * Verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on consultative sales. * Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to work with targets. * Availability to conduct external activities (visits to companies, schools, and events). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Aptitude for handling enrollment and negotiation processes. * Fixed salary + performance bonus. * Transportation allowance and meal voucher. * Opportunity for professional development (80% tuition reimbursement).
