Develop or adjust beer recipes The brewery is seeking a Brewmaster in Blumenau (Itoupava Central). **Responsibilities:** Brew beers following recipes and manufacturing processes, including malt milling, mashing, fermentation, and maturation. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure to ensure product quality and consistency. Conduct basic tests and analyses during production to evaluate flavor, aroma, and beer characteristics. Operate and sanitize production equipment, including tanks, fermenters, and packaging systems. Manage raw material inventory, including malt, hops, yeast, and other inputs. Develop or adjust recipes according to the brewery's needs. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices. Oversee packaging, storage, and preservation of the finished product. High school diploma required.
